William B. Heye, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Since joining SBE in 1991, Bill Heye has been responsible for expanding
the company's connectivity solutions into the wireless and telecommunications
industries. He came to SBE from Ampex Corporation where he was executive
Vice President and President of Ampex Video Systems Corporation. Heye
has over 30 years experience in the electronics industry including senior
management positions at Texas Instruments, Inc. in the United States
and overseas, where he was President of Texas Instruments Asia Ltd.
in Tokyo. He holds a BSEE from Texas A&M University and an MBA from
Harvard.

David W. Brunton
Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining SBE in 2001, Dave was the Chief Financial Officer for
NetStream, Inc. a voice, data, and ISP network service provider operating
in Washington and California. Prior to NetStream, he was the Chief Financial
Officer and SVP - Operations for ReSourcePhoenix.com, a financial service
outsource provider. Dave was the corporate controller for the ix American
companies and an auditor for Arthur Andersen LLC. Dave is a CPA and
holds a BA degree from California State University - Chico.

Daniel Grey
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Daniel Grey is a former member of the SBE sales staff who rejoined SBE
in May 2001. From 1989 to 1996, as the Director of Western Sales for
SBE, he drove sales to record levels through the initiation of relationships
with industry leaders such as Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, and Tandem
Computers. In addition, Grey has experienced 20 years of success propelling
sales for well known companies including Force Computers, Mizar, Performance
Technologies, and most recently as senior vice president of sales with
SBS Technologies.

Kirk Anderson
Vice President of Operations
Kirk Anderson, Vice President of Operations A member of the SBE team
since 1998, Kirk Anderson possesses a 15-year track record in the successful
management of high tech operations. Prior to joining SBE, Kirk was manager
of Global Logistics for PBH, a medical device company, and manager of
sales operations for Vitalink Communications, a manufacturer of telecommunications
equipment.

Darrell Gray
Director of Engineering
Darrell Gray has been at SBE since 1997 when he joined the Engineering
team as a Product Engineer supporting the VME and PCI product lines.
Since that time he has held a variety of Engineering Management positions.
As the Director of Hardware Engineering, he leads the hardware development
teams, manages the sustaining and product support functions, ISO9000
Quality efforts, and Engineering Services. Gray came to SBE with Engineering
and Engineering Management experience in R & D, defense, and commercial
electronics fields, and at firms such as Honeywell, Hughes Aircraft
Co., and Vtel. In 1983 he graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with
a BSEE.

Steve Schultheis
Director of Software Engineering
Steven Schultheis joined SBE in June 2000 as its Principal Software
Engineer. Steve brings over 20 years of experience to SBE, having previously
held engineering and management positions with Nicolet Instruments,
VentureDyne, Heurikon, and Artesyn Technologies. Prior to joining SBE,
Steve was the principal architect for telecommunications software at
Artesyn Technologies. As Director of Software Engineering, Steve provides
both technical and operational leadership in software development. He
holds BS and MM degrees in Astronomy, Physics, Math, and Applied Music
from the University of Wisconsin.
