When coupled with a CMC carrier card or PMC connector, the wanPMC-1T3 plugs into any router or server with a standard 33 MHz PCI bus. The wanPMC-1T3 provides full T3 WAN connectivity by terminating a DS3 circuit at the adapter card itself. The adapter supports HDLC frames used in a wide variety of applications
including Frame Relay, Cisco HDLC, and synchronous Point to Point Protocol.
